Can't believe it's only Thursday! This week is just dragging. And my office is a danger zone area. My boss came back from a trip to Europe and brought back all sorts of delicious things. I indulged in a "stroopwafel", which is a gooey buttery caramel layer sandwiched between two thin waffle cookie things. You set it on top of your cup of coffee to soften the cookie bits and warm up the caramel and oh my goodness. But that satisfies my sweet craving for the day! Can't say I regret it... haha

One thing I like about flexible dieting is that now I can just take a look at what I had planned the rest of the day and modify it. Took out some carbs and fat from my afternoon snack by replacing it with a protein shake, and I'm good to go.

Stroopwafels are very sweet. That's typical Dutch. Sounds like you got this all figured out. Kudos!

I eat something like that and I'm out of whack for a week! You're made of more flexible stuff than I am!
