In June 2016 I took HCG shots along with a 700 a day calorie diet for 30 day. I also took diet pills. I'm desperate to lose some weight! I lost down to 152 then started counting 1200 calories a day. After a couple months, I got lazy and stopped counting calories; of course, I began creeping back up until yesterday afternoon I weighed 156.1. I want to weigh 140 to 145 by Thanksgviing. I begin shots again tonight and started 700 calories and diet pills again today. I'm sure it's not the healthiest way but hopefully, it's okay for a month.
