1.2 pounds to go to be down to 200 lbs. Then, just maintain until 2 days before the competition (Nov. 3rd) then get to eat as many carbs as I can take. Shooting for 600 grams per day. Estimate competition weight at 205 after carb loading offset by additional weight loss and reduced water retention.
