It's crazy how much better I feel when I eat well and exercise. I wish I could package this feeling up and look at it when I go off track and eat crap, because I don't even realize how crappy that makes me feel.
Also, not to brag, (well, haha, let's be real), I'm pretty damn good at this crossfit stuff. Lifting weights at an intermediate level, and getting pretty good at the more gymnastic moves. Finally found a program I look forward to going to all day. My biggest struggle is not talking about it to my friends all the time, since I don't want to be that obnoxious person who won't stop talking about crossfit, haha!
Hoping that I can get closer to my goals too now that I am seeing a nutritionist there. My current target is 20% body fat. She's still working out my daily macros and whatnot, but she looked at my current macros and thought I was about on target with protein, but too low on carbs. So it should't be too difficult to change it up to match her guidelines.
