still sick. may be the flu but not sure. my fever broke last night but its back. so glad im off work. yesterday i at as often as i could but it gave me stomach cramps. i did good considering. the best thing i ate was my yogurt and pb balance bar. rice cakes went down the easiest. will try to get some protein in today
