I know its unusual for me to post twice in one day but this one is for the ladies on here. If the men have any suggestions, I will hear them too if you wish to comment. I have lost 85.5lbs and my measurements are going down. However, there is one thing that I am not happy about. My girls have gotten smaller but they are also sagging really bad in my opinion. I have and/or are doing everything I know to try to firm them up but it does not seem to be helping. I would love any advise or exercises that would help me with this very unsightly problem. PLEASE HELP!!!

Never be without a support bra of some kind unless you are bathing, whether you are between the lines or not! Or keep the light off!

Don't forget gravity and possible genetics. :(( It's a badge of aging unfortunately. If you put things into perspective you aren't paying. You've lost weight and are in a better, healthier place. You are more than just breasts. Try focusing on things you do like about your body. Nothing is meant to be firm and perky forever and hubby knows this. He isn't with me just for my breasts. A woman's worth is more than her body parts. Know what I mean?

well i am single and dont ever plan on going back down the aisle. Been there twice wont be a third time unless i find a rich older man. My "friend" doesnt seem to mind or if he does, he has not said anything about it. he seems to like them just the way they are. Its me when we are together.

Then NO worries. I would just focus and play up what you like about your body. It's about being comfortable in your own skin.....imperfections and all. When you have a "friend," partner, husband or bf you have to be open to some vulnerability and that includes him seeing your imperfections and you being ok with that. He has seen you and he is still with you, so don't stress over this.

...and they're perfect I presume. Oh it's one of the Chippendales, yeah then I'd get the surgery. No disrespect intended.
