Day 21 on HCG phases diet, lost 15-lbs, average 0.7 lbs daily or 5-lbs per week. I have hit two plateaus which is very frustrating to say the least. How is it possible to not lose weight 4 days in a row while only taking in 700 calories or less per day? Food is all weighed before cooking, organic lean meets and select green veggies (I am strictly following protocol)...Tomorrow will be another mini steak and apple day in hopes of resetting my metabolism. I am using local compounding pharmacy, high grade HCG via daily injection, it is fresh and kept in fridge.
I am using Stevia to sweeten my green tea and I am not eating any fats or grains. I will remove the Stevia and see if this makes a difference.
I visit my bariatric DR on Wednesday for follow up.
