It is 4 weeks until the competition. At 210 lbs. and am guessing I'll be around 204 for the stage. At that weight, body fat should be around 3.5% to 4.0%.

Competing in the open, Masters over 35 and Masters over 50. Last time at 50, placed 2nd in the open and 2nd in masters over 35. Hoping to get first this time. Any way it comes out, bodybuilding and competing is a very satisfying sport and helps me stay on track as far as keeping in shape and eating clean.
