well guys, i have a confession to make. Over this weekend, I have made two of my dreamy creamy fudge cakes. The first one I didnt eat any of it. I did really good. However, the second one...well.....i have to admit i had a small slice. I had to, I just had to. It was out of this world. It is a chocolate cake with a cream cheese/melted chocolate/sugar filling on the inside. I was bad but man it was good. I will just have to work harder this week at the gym to get the extra calories off. I know i shouldnt have but its the first cake i have ate in almost 6 months.

Don't beat yourself up over a small slice, it's not worth it! Think of this another way: how much would you have eaten before you started eating better? I know for me it would have been way more than a small slice, so I would personally consider the fact that you ate only a small slice as a victory, not a failure!

As long as it was a piece and not the whole thing, you have nothing to be ashamed of. If you have gone 6 months without, then you deserve that rich reward for a job well done. 👏

This is why i love this community so much. All the support and love that is given to its members. I will reiterate that this is the best place for me to be. I have been given great advise, support, encouragement, and been shown so much love by you guys. Even when i meet my goal and are maintaining, I plan on stayingna with this community. Love to all
