The laffy-taffy is gone...lol.
I have to say I have had some great help here, despite my non-compliance especially over the last few months and when I had some other issues last year. I have been struggling to just maintain the last few months but things are settling down. I am going to shoot for being back on the exercise wagon by the 15th.
