Ok, today is a typical work day. Up at 4am, make coffee, surf the web, catch up email, play with Droid phone (ha), and now head out to garage guy to put in a ½ hour of recumbent bicycle riding. Then a series of four exercises given to me by a physical therapist when my back was giving me fits. Breakfast of plain yogurt, blueberries, protein powder mixed in, and off I go to work.
