I feel like I did well on my first day on fatsecret. I ended up at 1,780 cals when my limit was 2,200 cals. I also learned that when eating Mexican food I should skip either beans or rice when I order a combo plate. Amazingly, both items have approximately the same calorie count. Also, I should skip the Chili Rellano, as much as I love it. Calorie count is around 560. My wife advises to eat a taco or two. She says that you are better off eating only what you can see, since there are less sauces and cheeses and more lettuce and tomato.
