Added a tbsp of honey to some cottage cheese and some chopped walnuts. Wow! It was a good snack and also satisfied my sweet tooth. Realized however that even a little serving of nuts packs too many calories!
I was also quite happy that I lost 2 lbs in one week! Really helps to write down EVERYTHING I eat to keep me on track ! Thanks FS ! Now - I hope I really hope I keep up this trend and don't go back to my ol' ways!

Hmmm, your snack actually sounds pretty tasty. I may steal that. Nuts do have a lot of fat, but it's the sort of fat that has so many benefits versus the chocolate cake I'm so find of :) And congrats on the weight loss, that's GREAT!!!

Way to go on the loss! Good idea to chop the walnuts - makes it seem like more. Keep up the great work!
