So keeping good and on track for the entire winter, I go and mess it all up in the first month of spring. I'm back on track.....I'm so tired of starting over so this time I will do my best to stick to healthy eating and my exercise program. It's been hard with the 2 kids, doing the entire house on my own and not having time to plan and prepare my food. I've got help in the house again and will start planning and preparing my food at night.We are going on holiday on the 15th of December and I will do my best to look exactly like I want to by that time.
