There is no getting around it. If we are not doing that 30 minutes of cardio (getting your heart rate up), we will not make any gains. If you have never walked 2 miles in a single go, go do it now. Take breaks if you need to . Walk on the treadmill or on the side walk or in the even in the shopping mall. If you can walk 2 miles easily, go longer and faster. If you regularly have walked 3-4 miles a day, at a brisk rate, work up to jogging 1-2 miles. Go out and by a cheap pedometer, if you don't have one. Let's move it folks!
