I have a new goal - I am not watching my weight as much as I was. Now I'm watching my clothing size. I want to be a size 9 by after Christmas. Problem is that I live a sedetary lifestyle and I'm at the stage where I need to 'tighten up'. This means exercise which isn't really part of my winter routine.
I still want to get to 130, but I know that tightening up is going to add muscle so it may also increase my weight. This year I haven't lost much weight but I've dropped from a size 14 ish to a size 9/12 depending on the clothing I'm wearing.
The jeans I wore with pride in September are now looser (weird - look at my weight calendar as I'm about 10lb heavier than in September).
In fact, I can see another shopping trip in January/February. I can't believe the joy I felt when buying these jeans and seeing how great they look. It is so wonderful being back into 'good' clothing!
What is going to get me working out? I envision myself wearing large...or even medium...lingerie. Not only that - being small enough to take advantage of the post Christmas and January sales!
