Most peoples problem with weight...It gets tough and then we quit...What it boils down to is we really don't want the change bad enough...we talk the talk..we make resolutions and promises to ourselves and to others, join helpful web community's for support.etc.ect. but in the end its always the same out come. We don't walk the walk!
Just look at the drop in our Ships roster on this challenge...we have lost 52 of our original 72 crew...FIFTY QUITTERS in five weeks. Unwilling to walk the walk and back up their talk.
Its easy to say your going to do something.... doing it takes "Character" to follow thru. How bad do you want it? ....What's your Character story going to be?

It all comes down to how much Value we place on our life. We have to apply exercise and healthy food choices to our lifestyle and that is not easy to do as we know. So, we really need to take the time and focus on the reasons we want a healthier body. I want to be around as long as I can to watch my love ones grow up and be a part of their lives. Change is hard but we CAN make the changes needed to be healthy for whatever reason we value the most. A lot of us know the talk, as you state but can we do the walk.
