Well, what a December - full of highs and lows - all of which were bad for my diet! Big birthday at the beginning of the month with indulgence tour back to England - then flu - then the Christmas season...
So I should probably consider myself lucky that the damage isn't worse! But fortunately the festivities and celebrations were wonderful - and very good for the soul! ;-)
Now back the focused work!
