The weight gain irritates me. The riding weather is terrible and I only have daylight to ride on the weekends. I need to get back into good workout rhythym and make sure I'm stregthening my core.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
