Whole big bag of cheddar potato chips (threw up some), lowfat cottage cheese earlier yesterday, ice cream in front of TV. I guess stress eating, but no excuse.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
