Excellent day yesterday. I managed to do be active and do a round of 30 day shred last evening. surprisingly i was able to sleep fine last night. This morning, struggled to get up at 5:45 to do exercise but finally got up at 6:15am. Did level 3 of 30day shred. Feeling great!! Plan to do yoga tonight and tomorrow morning, up at 5:45 and keep up with my workout! Today is my 'sweet potato day' again. I am feeling great so far with my first meal!
