Weight has stayed the same this week. Don't know why as I was within my food allowance, 20 net carbs every day, and did all my gym workouts plus the swimming.
Just one of those things I guess. Hope I have a good weight loss next week.
Will take my measurements shortly and hope for a better result from them.
I will definitely not give up!

Just taken measurements and I've lost 1/2" from each of my bust, waist and hips. So 1 1/2" lost this week. Brings my total inches lost to 14 1/2".
So not a total disaster this week.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 47.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes that's just the way. Stick with it and it'll come right next week. The body has a way of averaging everything over time.

Also, muscle weighs more than fat and you are toning up. Well done on the inches lost.
