Every morning I awake and weigh myself. Every morning I am disappointed. I cannot understand why I can't get to 169 lbs. While I am pleased with my continued weight loss, I am frustrated that I cannot break this plateau. First step has been to eat 4-6 times a day, watching sugar, salt and fats. I also added the slow leg kicks recommended by GKN. Let's give it another week.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
