Officially done with dieting. I'm almost down to the 30 pounds lost mark without dieting for one minute. i simply cooked or prepared nearly everything I ate. I cut out junk food and replaced those things with healthier alternatives... that I like. That's the key I think. I see no reason I can't keep doing this until I'm at a good healthy weight, and even for the rest of my life.
