I did not want to log in my weight. Took my time. Up 2 lbs. Water, being sick, stress, that little bite of brownie, and it was little, handful of popcorn all rolled in add to 2 lbs? Hard to take off but easy to put on. I found myself wanting to throw it in today, just today. But, I didn't. Ate my chicken salad for lunch. Feeling this way wants me to have my comfort food. Chinese and good ice cream are my nemesis.
