Wrote in my journal. Not feeling well on top of slipping a little bit yesterday. Had a small bite of a brownie and a handful of popcorn. Bigger than normal salad with corn yesterday at Texas Corral. Am I even able to eat out without a gain next day? The peanuts I had, do I figure that into it as well? Questions I do not have the answers for right now. I am going to rest and take more vitamin c and see if I can head this whatever off.
