So crazy to think that this life change of eating should be so hard!!!!!
I have my goal, I take 1 day at a time is for the rest of my life.
Then maintenance!I have been doing that for a little while till I could get back at it and even that's hard BUT I'm off diabetic meds and I'm so glad.
A cheat, small one, helps me curb the desire to binge some.
Last nigh I binged! I was sick after, I guess my system wasn't too happy about it.
So today I'm eating very little a small fast if you will and so far it's a battle but I'm determined to win this day and let tomorrow decide tomorrow!
