Was back to the gym today, doing weights. I still had a little dizziness when I got up (slowly!) from doing something while lying down on the weight bench, but it wasn't bad. All this is just peanuts in view of being down below 131 for the first time in a long time. I know it may be higher again tomorrow, but I'm just going to savor this moment.
