Second to last appointment at the Center today, I have some writing to do this morning but I am going for a walk first. Not enough time for as trip to the gym so I'll do a few of my exercises here at home today.

I talked to a wonderful woman and fellow Nomad yesterday who also happens to be a trainer. She is closer to my age so I asked her about the workout that Elisa set me up with. I had a hard time remembering everything that she showed me because so many of the exercises were compound movements and it was just too much information all at the same time.

Anyway, Roni is going to help me out and give me a written list of things to do, all focused on helping my lower back and hopefully the numbness issue in my foot. So now I have two trainers to report to, I'd best get my butt moving here. LOL

Well it's off with me for my walk, have a great day and a healthy week!

Hi Skinny, Roni is a most delightful person and I am thrilled to have another asset in my program; still, it will be up to me to make it work. I am tightening up my food and exercise plan and it will be a great holiday season!
