ah not sure what happened - going away for a full day of ski trip is never good to control food intake. i roughly added them up together...but we will see.
i think due to the schedule, i did not have time / mood doing my 'morning' routine to the bathroom...so maybe it's accumulated. I am so bad at that. maybe i should switch to before going to bed. it's never easy!
don't be discouraged lily! keep it up and tomorrow will be the monday 'sweet potato day' - will hopefully clean up my body a little.
