Woke at 220.8, up .8 from yesterday. Even after a 600 cal fast day. Going to be eating lots of good stuff at the drag strip today so let's see what things look like later! Targeting 2129 calories. UPDATE: Ate three lunchmeat and cheese sandwiches on low carb wraps, plus a bunch of cheese, some veggies, a little fruit, and some chicken wings. Went over calorie goal but not into negative territory thanks to a larger than average calorie burn from so much walking. But off the charts on sodium and I did not drink enough. Came home from the races stuffed and weighing 226.6. Will begin official tracking again tomorrow.
