Ugh, so i totally overate today. I don't know why i was doing so good and today i was like, "oh, that chocolate, i'm going to eat it." I had just been saying to myself how good i was doing and how i had eaten so well, and then i found myself in the kitchen overeating.

What gives?

Anyway, i am drinking a bunch of water now and have pledged to not eat anything else before bed and get back on track tomorrow. It's not like today is going to ruin everything, but man, it sure feels like it right now. Wish i could have had another good day to see even more results, but it won't happen. It's not worth it but i do it anyway.

Alright, forgive. Move on. Exercise. Get back on it. Continue feeling good!!
