Well it has been a long weekend of eating and shopping. I am soooo happy. I have had a blast!! I have not denied myself anything that I wanted. I just ate smaller portions and I have not gained any weight. I haven't lost any weight, but I have not gained any. I still worked out and tried to stay active while enjoying time with my family.

I am thinking that if I can just not gain any weight back, at the first of the year everyone will be trying to loose weight and it should be easy to start losing weight again. If between the new year and now I loose weight I'm going to consider it a bonus!!
