Ok. For kicks I weighed this afternoon. I had fasted until 1 pm. 19.5 hours. Had bulletproof coffee at 8:30. Weighed before at 6:00 when I got up. It was another new low of 164.4. Went to post in my challenge did not pay attention to the weight box and it got recorded at 164. I felt bad about it but did not know how to change it. Well, are you ready? At 1:00, I was 163.4. I about jumped for joy. 1 it took the guilt away about the not true at time weigh and 2 just seeing a lower number in such a long time was joyous. So wish me luck at stay toward the low mark tomorrow morning. I had eggs and sausage another day this week and was a pound heavier the next day. If I am up tomorrow from even my 6 a.m. weigh I may be looking at an egg problem. I hope not. I love eggs. I drink water like a fish and don't normally hold onto it unless I overeat on bad things.
