Well, that time of the month associated with Thanksgiving dinners gave me a startled result. But since I felt swollen and bloated, I wasn't too surprised.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
