I feel like as either I get older and wiser or have more children I have I am becoming better at not gaining too much weight while pregnant. I am quicker at losing it now that I have slowly learned how my body works as well. I wish I had the ability to do things I love like lift weights but walking just seems like my best option in this season of life. So making mindful choices throughout the day is my best choice as well. Many times a week I have to ask myself if "Is it worth the extra calories?" When I want to eat something that isn't the best choice. I logically know if I eat the healthiest option that most of the time the desire to eat the other things will go away. Plus later in the week I can make the choice to have something I love versus somethings g that sounds good in a hungry moment.
