new year's eve party last night ! had a great time - but I am so glad that I didn't over-indulge like always, as I was scared of entering all the food stats here ! Fatsecret kept me on track !

FS sure does make things totally & patently clear, doesn't it? It's made a huge difference for me too. Hope you're feeling good about not over-indulging; those are the small wins that accumulate over time to make big differences.
