no carbs is good for me, must remember this.
117.8 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg.    Still to go: 38.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Yosoyollie -- You have misunderstood: Avocados are NOT a starch. They are a healthy fat, and they are an excellent addition to a low-carb diet. An avocado has only 2 net carbs and tons of great nutrition.
