Up a little from yesterday (148) but still!!!! I hit the 140s!!! finally!!!!

Lifting weights works really well for my body type, and i am just so excited for the future when i break into the 130s.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
