Awesome. Maybe that bee sting adrenalin helped move things along too! Back on the fat loss train! Choochoooo!

Chica, yes, finally below that mile-marker. August was a roller coaster month for me with rapid loss, and gain as well as plateaus. I think I'm going to avoid longer term fasting and stick to the slow and steady of LCHF with intermittent fasting of 18 or so hours. It was not beneficial to force the rapid weight loss through the 6 day fat fast I did. So, I hope that this is the last time I pass the 210 mark, which proved to be a barrier for me that has taken a month to get past. Onward and downward!

Lizzy Grace - I was wondering about that too. It seems to have moved everything through me and I feel cleansed. Also wonder about all the intense biochemicals coursing through my system. It's definitely an event. I know that bee keepers claim great health benefits from frequent stings, including curing arthritis. Who know? There's no a lot of scientific research that I can find on it, but a lot of traditional medicine claims.
