moving the scales to diff spot on floor, gets .2kg different reading. Bit dodgy but close to the mark. finally the scales showing weeks of hard work.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
