Okay today I start getting ready for my low-carb Thanksgiving dinner. I bought low-carb stuffin mix and low-carb instant mashers. I will be brineing the turkey for 48 hours. Do you think anyone will notice? I think I am laughing...lol Because I have no idea if it will be any good... Can't hardly ruin turkey, and I have low-carb thick-it-up to thick up the gravy....so I know something will be ea....loltable
