It is one in the morning. I am at home and awake.

A friend came in from out of town. We went to a buffet for dinner and I have to admit I went nuts. I know it is not something that you are to do before getting back on track, but I just felt like going nuts. I know, I know ... it won't help me in the new year but it is out of my system!

As of Friday January 1st 2010 I am back on track and I am going to make 2010 be the year that I make my ultimate goal of 135lbs. I know it may sound like a broken record. Everyone says that this will be the year. But to be honest I can't put it off any longer. If I want to start having a family (after I finish college), I only have until 2011 May to get to 135 and I don't want to wait that long!

So here is the plan. Every month I will...(positive thinking)...lose 5lbs. That way I should be able to be the thinnest me by summer! That is the goal. 135 by June.... I can and I will.

Not sure what we are going to do for ringing in the new year. I don't want to drive to St. Catherine's where my friend is going but ... nothing else is planned and how does one say no to giving a friend a ride somewhere ...even though it is a two hour drive there and back for a 4 hour visit!
