Had a tooth extracted yesterday, so has contributed to a 2lb weight loss. Now I need to work out how much weight I need to lose, and how many teeth I can afford to lose!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
