Frustration and dieting go hand in hand sadly. I refuse to say I am dieting. I'm making lifestyle changes. That is honestly what I am trying to do. Dieting implies a bigging and an end. I need to learn to eat smart in this world everyday not just for a while. I have slowly learned that I'm not going to be thin this week or even next. But I am going in the direction of a healthier me. You may not want to hear this but I suggust weighing in once a week. Daily weigh ins aren't helpful. It can encourage frustration when motivation is what we need. Be kind to yourself. Be honest about the journey. You will look great in a bathing suit this summer! Keep the faith.

I weigh in daily although I don't log it every day on here...I try not to let the number bother me when it's a gain because I know that I can do it and get to my goal. You can too! Don't let the gains bother you - let them motivate you! :)
