It's the first of Sept, and this morning woke up weighing one less pound. I'm not excited only because, this is weight that I put on, in the past 6 months or so. Sometimes I get so tired of the bland food, but it's worth it, if I can lose 20 pounds by Thanksgiving; and only because I'm flying to see my family. Racing around those airports can be exhausting! LOL
