I haven't exercised much in the past two years due to a few injuries. I have not watched what I eat or controlled portion sizes. I also drink alcohol most evenings. The trifecta of fat and flab. Time to change. I want to lose 15 pounds in two months. This website: http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/calories-required/
says I can lose 15 pounds in two months with moderate activity and reducing caloric intake to 1500 calories.
