I keep wanting to sabotage my diet....I really do not
want to be in the 170's....... so I party and eat!!!
So today I start again, I guess that is all I can do.
I know on turkey day I will do it again,mess up.
Maybe I will make getting to the 170's will be my goal for December.
84.9 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
