After thinking yesterday's weigh in was a fluke, I am very pleased with today's! I am not quite where I wanted to be by the 19th, but darn close! I will take it!
68.6 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
