Today was a lazy day. I didn’t do any exercise o housework. This pain in my neck has been acting up and I didn’t get any sleep last night…maybe about 3 hours. I’ve been sleeping allot today mostly cause I was tired but the pain pills helped. Not the best start to a challenge program. I didn’t even cook much today. Since I slacked off, I’ll make tomorrow my Tuesday workout day and do some strength training in the morning.
